• Account Information: Email address, Password (encrypted), Full name, Role/designation.
• School Information: School name, Identification details.
• Student Data: Names, demographic info, contact details, parent info, academic records, fee info, health info, Aadhaar numbers (as required).
• Staff Data: Names, contact info, employment details, salary info, attendance records.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type/model, OS version, unique identifiers, mobile network info.
• Usage Data: Features accessed, time/date, performance data, crash reports.
• Connectivity: Network status, sync timestamps.

1.3 Information Stored Locally

The App stores data locally on your device for offline functionality, including cached records, attendance data, and app settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Core App Functionality: To authenticate users, manage student/staff data, tracking attendance, fees, exams, and inventory.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Communication: To respond to inquiries and send important updates.
• Security: To detect fraud and ensure data integrity.

3. Data Storage and Security

Cloud Storage: Your data is stored securely on cloud servers (Supabase) with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.

Local Storage: Protected by SQLite database restrictions. Data is cleared upon logout.

Data Retention: We retain data as long as your account is active or required by law. Upon deletion, data is removed within 90 days.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., Supabase, Google Play Services) bound by confidentiality agreements, or as required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Classive processes student data on behalf of educational institutions. Schools are responsible for obtaining parental consent. The App is designed for use by adults (admins, teachers).
